APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. Please note that 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If cancellation cannot be provided within 24 Hours, a 50% cancellation charge may be applied

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give you time to settle in, fill out any forms. If you arrive late, your services will be modified to your remaining time slot at the full service price.
